Introduction
The article explores the critical relationship between employee engagement, equal opportunities, and employee performance, particularly within Bahraini retail businesses. Employee engagement has emerged as a vital component in organizational success, influencing productivity, retention, and overall employee satisfaction. This study investigates how equal opportunities can enhance engagement, subsequently affecting employee performance.
The research utilized a cross-sectional survey approach, collecting data from 231 employees across various retail companies in Bahrain. The study employed statistical tools such as SPSS and Smart-PLS to analyse the relationships among the variables.
